Torre de Cali Hermoso Apartamento 6B, 701C, 701B and 39Z have a cleaning fee of COP 80,000 per stay. If you would like daily cleaning, it will incur an additional cost.

Please be aware that the IVA tax (19% of the total reservation fees) is mandatory by law. However, upon your arrival at the airport, you may inquire about the procedures to potentially reclaim this tax from the government.

Upon confirming your reservation, we kindly request that you send us your legal identity document (Colombian citizenship card or passport), as well as your address and email. You will also receive payment instructions, which are to be made directly to us.

Our apartments typically feature a queen-size bed (1.60m x 2m) and a sofa bed (if you would like itup, please request it during working hours). For extra guests, we offer a nicho (a mattress on a base that slides out from beneath the bed). Reminder: the rates are for 1 or 2 people; there is an additional charge for a third guest or more.

The apartment includes parking.

The entrance to La Torre de Cali is through the office entrance next to the parking basement entrance. During office hours, we welcome guests in our office on the 7th floor. Please note that when entering the building, you will be asked to register at the front desk. You will need to present your ID, and a picture and digital fingerprint will be taken for security reasons. This procedure is mandatory.
