Our housekeeper will meet you in the apartment to give you the keys and answer any questions.
All minors must always be accompanied by their parents, in accordance with the provisions of article 17 of Law 679 of 2001. Otherwise, they must present the following documentation without exception:
Permission letter with authenticated signature of the parents or one of them.
Copy of identity document of the father who sends the authorization.
Copy of civil registry to verify kinship.
Additionally, regarding the treatment of accommodation of foreign minors in co-ownership, we inform that Migration Colombia requires that it be done with the presentation of the following documents:
• Physical passport of the minor, with a valid COLOMBIAN MIGRATION stamp.
• In the case of Venezuelans, they must have a passport with a valid stamp or a permit for temporary protection (PPT). Both original documents.
